Criteria
To be eligible to apply for MCPS writer membership you must:
- own or control the copyright in one or more piece of music (i.e. be unpublished)
- have one or more piece of music released for retail purposes by a record company (other than one you own), or recorded into radio, TV, audio-visual or multimedia production.
If both of these apply to you then membership should be considered.
To join, please download the MCPS Writer Application form. Please return your completed, signed form (along with any supporting documentation) to the address incuded at the bottom of the form.

Membership of MCPS does not grant you membership of PRS. Find out whether you should join PRS.
