Criteria

At least one piece of music that has had a public performance or broadcast which has been documented (e.g. setlist, programme or playlist from a broadcaster's website).

A letter from a broadcaster, promoter or venue owner confirming broadcast or performance of your music.

Proof of eligibility is required for new members with the exception of successor members. Successors are usually appointed in a will or by the law.

Your music does not have to have been published or recorded for you to be eligible for PRS writer membership.
