The Alliance announces two significant Pan-European deals at MIDEM (Cannes)
Two major new pan-European deals have been announced at MIDEM (Cannes), representing a major step forward in the licensing of music rights in Europe.
Omnifone announced a pan-European licensing deal with EMI, PRS and GEMA providing its award winning unlimited music downloads service, MusicStation, with access to millions of EMI music tracks.
This is one of the first pan-European deals brokered by CELAS, the organisation exclusively representing EMI Music’s repertoire for digital exploitation in Europe.

Secondly Peermusic, the global independent music publisher, announced that it has reached agreements with the Alliance and the Spanish society SGAE to represent peer's repertoire for Pan-European online and mobile licensing. SGAE will represent peer’s Latin-American repertoire and The Alliance will represent its Anglo-American repertoire.
