The Great Escape, the music festival and industry convention, is returning to Brighton, UK for a third consecutive year from 15-17 May 2008 with its strongest ever line-up of artists and speakers.

In just two years, The Great Escape has established itself both as the leading event in Europe for showcasing new talent from across the globe, and as one of the most exciting events on the festival calendar.
 
Festival highlights include Vampire Weekend, The Wombats, The Fratellis, The Subways, Young Knives, These New Puritans, Iron and Wine, Crystal Castles, Okkevil River, Lightspeed Champion, Black Mountain, Sunset Rubdown, as well as a number of other acts.
