Coldplay team up with ESPN

Material from Coldplay's upcoming release Viva la Vida is to feature on a US-based Sports channel's coverage of the upcoming Euro 2008 footballing extravaganza.

The coverage will feature a number of as-yet-unreleased songs from the band's fourth studio album, which is due to be released shortly.

The championships are held ever four years with the 2008 tournament set to be co-hosted by Switzerland and Austria in June 2008.
