*** Where a particular channel is available by more than one type of broadcast, the appropriate clearance for that channel is for the type of broadcast by which the channel reaches the largest number of homes.

Remember: The fees detailed above will be reduced by 25% in cases where over twenty 30s units are used per individual programme.
Re-versioning of television programmes for sale† - this rate covers the common practice of replacing the original music contained in the programme with Production Music to enable straightforward sale of the programme 'rights cleared' outside the UK.
If a substantial number of units of production music will be used within a series, MCPS might be prepared to offer a blanket licence. Please contact the MCPS Broadcast team at tvblankets@mcps.co.uk for an application form and further details.
Please note: All rates are inclusive of dubbing fees and incorporate the right to reproduce both the underlying musical work AND the sound recording.
An Administration Fee of £8 will be charged for each Licence issued. Rates are quoted in £ sterling for a unit of 30 seconds or less for each separate cue. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
Aggregation of timings is not permitted.
